We have successfully launched JobMaker Studio and have a growing list of projects in progress and coming soon. Customer success at this stage means being curious, hands-on, and genuinely obsessed with helping customers get results — not just renewing contracts.

What you will do

  • Onboard new customers and guide them to their first value moment
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts and serve as their primary point of contact
  • Identify expansion opportunities and proactively reach out to at-risk accounts
  • Gather and synthesise product feedback, surfacing patterns to the product team
  • Create onboarding materials, help docs, and how-to guides

What we are looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar customer-facing roleProficient
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishExpert
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical usersProficient
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, async-first environmentMindset+
  • Genuine interest in recruitment, HR technology, or SaaSMindset

Bonus points

Not required — but these will help you stand out.

  • Experience at an early-stage SaaS company
  • Familiarity with tools like Intercom, HubSpot, or Linear
  • Background in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition
