Customer Success Manager
You will be the first person our customers speak to after signing up — and a critical bridge between real-world hiring challenges and the product we build. Your insights will directly shape what we prioritise next.

JobMaker is a fast-growing SaaS that makes hiring structured, transparent, and collaborative.
We have successfully launched JobMaker Studio and have a growing list of projects in progress and coming soon. Customer success at this stage means being curious, hands-on, and genuinely obsessed with helping customers get results — not just renewing contracts.
What you will do
- Onboard new customers and guide them to their first value moment
- Build strong relationships with key accounts and serve as their primary point of contact
- Identify expansion opportunities and proactively reach out to at-risk accounts
- Gather and synthesise product feedback, surfacing patterns to the product team
- Create onboarding materials, help docs, and how-to guides
What we are looking for
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar customer-facing roleProficient
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishExpert
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical usersProficient
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, async-first environmentMindset+
- Genuine interest in recruitment, HR technology, or SaaSMindset

- Experience at an early-stage SaaS company
- Familiarity with tools like Intercom, HubSpot, or Linear
- Background in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition
