JobMaker is a fast-growing SaaS that makes hiring structured, transparent, and collaborative.

We have successfully launched JobMaker Studio — our smart job description builder — with more products already in the pipeline. Design at JobMaker means owning the full design process — research, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and working closely with engineering to ship.

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end design process for new features — from problem framing to production-ready specs
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI in Figma
  • Conduct user interviews and synthesise insights into actionable design decisions
  • Maintain and evolve the design system in collaboration with engineering
  • Work async-first with a distributed team across time zones

What we are looking for

  • 3+ years of product design experience for web or SaaS applicationsExpert
  • Strong Figma skills — components, auto-layout, prototypingExpert
  • Portfolio demonstrating clear UX thinking and visual craftExpert
  • Experience collaborating closely with engineers using design tokens and specificationsProficient
  • Excellent written communication for async-first remote workMindset

Bonus points

Not required — but these will help you stand out.

  • Experience with design systems at scale
  • Familiarity with CSS / Tailwind and ability to implement minor UI adjustments
  • Background in HR-tech or productivity tools
